Fenner Opens an Idler Manufacturing Plant in Brisbane

As a long-standing Australian manufacturer of premium conveyor belt and trusted brand in quality products, Fenner Dunlop has taken a significant step forward by adding a new local Idler Manufacturing plant alongside its existing sales, engineering and warehouse operations in Brisbane. 

Fenner Dunlop has designed and supplied conveyor idlers and structures for over 15 years and has vast expertise and experience in this area. Also well-known in the industry for stocking an extensive range of rollers for both surface and underground applications with a wide variety available for existing contracts and customers.

The facility will be staffed with local workforce and will reduce the lead times on idlers from our typical overseas supply. The product line will include steel rollers covering standard sizes and the production process has been efficiently designed to keep costs down while maintaining the highest quality. Additionally, the plant is entirely robotically automated, ensuring consistency across the end product.  

The new branch and manufacturing plant will be formally inaugurated at a ceremony to be held in October, in the presence of Fenner Dunlop’s Management Team and key customers.
