BeltTag tracks the number of revolutions during belt life, enabling sites to accurately forecast belt change-outs. RFID tags are embedded into the conveyor belt during manufacture, install or repair.
BeltTag assists inspection processes by accurately identifying the location of belt damage. This is particularly useful in longer centred belts which can be challenging to pinpoint the damage. If belt damage is identified, BeltTag is used to stop the belt at a precise location for maintenance and repair.
Custom Assembly
BeltTag set up can be customised to site requirements, with the unit fitted to either the trough or return side of the conveyor belt.
The unit is compatible with all belt widths (up to and including 3200mm) and all belt types (solid woven, ply and steel cord).
Increase Performance
Reduce down-time
Avoid time wasted trying to stop the belt at an appropriate location for maintenance and repair.
Efficient shut-downs
Use tracking data to plan maintenance effectively.
Assist Site Safety
Reduce exposure to hazards
BeltTag tracking allows the belt to be stopped with safe access for technicians to complete inspections, maintenance, or repair.
Reports into the DigitalHub Portal
RFID tracking data recorded by BeltTag is reported into the DigitalHub portal, enabling sites to accurately pinpoint system issues or belt damage.
