Jen holds extensive experience in Human Resources with demonstrated generalist and COE experience in global matrixed organisations spanning FMCG, manufacturing and corporate.

Brett McMillan brings over 23 years of experience in the materials handling industry, beginning his journey at Fenner Conveyors in the field as a belt splicer. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his long-standing career, progressing through a variety of operational leadership roles, where he has been instrumental in optimising business processes, improving efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He is particularly passionate about developing talent within the organisation, mentoring future leaders, and empowering teams to achieve their full potential. His leadership approach combines deep technical expertise with an unwavering commitment to safety and people development, ensuring that Fenner Conveyors remains at the forefront of the industry while nurturing a high-performing workforce.

Brent holds extensive expertise within the streams of finance, commercial and accounting, with a depth of experience in executive leadership positions. His strategic leadership drives value for customers while spearheading the digitalisation of internal processes for enhanced efficiency of Fenner Conveyors' business operations.

With a background in reliability and engineering management, Warren oversees operational excellence for the manufacturing division of the Fenner Conveyors Group, ensuring production facilities are optimised, projects and customer requirements are executed seamlessly and the technical aspects of all business entities are driven effectively

Matt leads the Engineering division for the Fenner Conveyors Group, previously forming part of CPS' executive team for over 6 years. His role involves spearheading conveyor engineering growth and ensuring the Fenner Conveyors Group continues to deliver innovative conveyor solutions aligned with customer needs and the highest industry standards.

Trevor's career in the mining industry commenced in 1997 as a Graduate Mining Engineer. With two decades of experience in sales and key account management his passion for the customer and Fenner Conveyors drives him to succeeed in the competitive materials handling environment. Trevor is dedicated to driving value for customers through strategic account, sales and contract management. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction ensures that Fenner Conveyors delivers innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Trevor’s leadership expertise fosters strong, lasting relationships with customers across Australia, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the industry. With an extensive background in both mechanical and manufacturing engineering, Hong is driving business growth through strategic capital expansion projects which will continue to position Fenner Conveyors at the forefront of conveyor solutions for the industry. Hong brings passion to Fenner Conveyors' manufacturing excellence through the collision of basic science and engineering fundamentals with industry practice.

Leading Fenner Conveyors People & Culture team, Lauren holds a background in strategic business partnering, and oversees the implementation of P&C strategies that drive Total Reward, Employee Engagement, and Talent Retention. Her leadership ensures a supportive and dynamic workplace, fostering growth and satisfaction among employees.

Tim began his career as the owner of Fenner Conveyors' now Tasmania-based conveyor service operations, Statewide Belting . Today, Tim drives innovation in conveyor technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and intelligence across the business and industry. His leadership ensures that Fenner Conveyors remains at the forefront of technological advancements, delivering smarter solutions for customers.

Supporting the executive management of Fenner Conveyors, Nyree connects all parts of the company to ensure its compounding success. Nyree’s unwavering dedication and extensive experience, across numerous facets of the company, is integral to the seamlessness of our day-to-day operations.

David Landgren

David brings over 24 years of dedicated service and expertise to the Michelin Group, including over 28 years in MD/CEO roles and over 10 years in Executive Chairman roles. He has a passion for inspiring, motivating and empowering teams to perform. Responsible for the Conveyor Solutions South region, David’s commitment to innovation and a customer service driven culture guides the company’s success and growth.
Alongside his role within Fenner Conveyors, David is the Chairman of One Michelin Group Australia, and is part of the Michelin GOS (Strategic Operations Group), guiding Fenner Conveyors to align business strategies to the overall ambitions of the Michelin Group.
